Per RFP §SCOPE C, the County wants distinct classifications where work meaningfully differs (e.g., "Clerk" in different departments, "Equipment Operator" across public works functions). Our family architecture lets us tier sub-classifications with rigor, while grouping legitimately substantively-similar work for internal equity. Click any family to drill in.
